For over forty years, Owner Reggie Muse has built a solid reputation in Indy as the man to turn to help figure out what's wrong and how to fix it. Whether it's a break, a leak, or just a general malfunction in a water heater, a furnace, an engine, or a foundation component ~ he's been the guy to call.  
     An experienced Property Investor and ReHabber, Reggie purchased his first bank-owned fixer upper property in the early 1970's. He's had his share of "trash outs", remodels and reconstructions. Not afraid to get dirty, and too cheap to hire out, he's mastered doing all of his own construction work. He's hung and finished drywall, busted down and built walls, ripped off and nailed on roofing, replaced windows, doors, run pipe, installed furnaces, poured concrete and dug footers and foundations. 
                                                             You've seen it done? ...  He's done it! 

     A Landlord and longtime member of the Indianapolis Landlords Association, at one point he shared ownership of 23 different rental units with his wife, Dee. They sold their last property in Spring 2007 to retire from the jungle of landlording.
     Reggie grew up the southern hills of Kentucky in a poor farming area near the Tennessee state line.  A second eldest of 8 siblings, he learned the old fashioned way to analyze and fix things on a small family farm ... trial and error ... and most definitely hands on. Helping his father and mother cutting tobacco, putting out the garden, driving the mules, running the tractors and maintaining the equipment. In essence, Reggie started apprenticing at the age of 5 or 6 to run a small enterprise.
     After a short stint in the Army, Reggie moved to Indianapolis and found work with the US Post Office where he was formally schooled in Heating & Air Conditioning, Mechanicals, Electrics and Electronics. Retiring from the USPO in 2007, after 24 years as an Electronic Technician he was ready to start his new career as a Home Inspector and HandyMan with MUSE Contracting. 
                                             You might say he's been practicing for this all his life.
